everything depends not on 8th but mostly on 10th since there will be a conference with roadmap and other things. So if they gonna show some proofs of interacting with Chinese government and other companies or other interesting things it might act just like ETH or even surpass it in price. If conference on 10th will be a succes a 100$ cap in this month might be a thing
