RE: Coping With Stress and Anxiety...A Few Tips

in #anxiety3 years ago

If you are that stressed I am just going to tell you the simplest secret in the world...

Buy a gun and a big huge pile of ammo. By a bunch of things that are going to explode when you shoot them like soda cans... Milk jugs are great too.

And then start shooting and blowing things up...

Range therapy is actually a known fact that will pull you out of a depression and get you giggling like a cute little school girl on the way to the lead part of the school play.

Better yet and later stages of addiction you can own multiple guns and start buying gun accessories.

It is absolutely the greatest waste of money and investment I have ever done.

Instead of shooting that hundred thousand rounds of 22LR that is at 10 cents around... If I would have just saved all of that. Oh I would be so tickled right now.

Well if that doesn't help you can always play video games and run around and shoot people. That always is a fun one as well.

Or you could always do the extreme sports.

I mean what's going to happen? Today is a good day to die and I have led an amazing life. We are all mortals. However how we choose to live in between the two dates on the headstone is what really defines us.

Congratulations for being amazing and continually posting on the blockchain.

well thank you, I used to box so I do know how to work off the stress that way. I'm more of a getting out into nature kinda guy, fishing, hiking and canoeing often doing the trick. Going to the range does sound fun though.

There's always black powder bow and arrow... I really enjoy Filipino martial arts with the stick knife sword training as well as empty hands.

And when we work out and blow all of our energy all the sudden life gets a lot easier because you're able to focus on yourself. And you don't have all those excessive emotions.
