When the voice inside your head becomes overwhelming try thanking it.
Our brains exist to help us however the constant internal chatter we face can become debilitating.
Instinctively we try to muffle the noise inside by chastising ourselves for having such mental activity.
Instead, what may be more helpful is to allow the thoughts to be, appreciate the brain's vigilance and support it by eating wholesome food, resting and getting plenty of oxygen.
