Good Evening, Steemians! :-D
Just some thoughts today on Anxiety, how we experience it in our lives, as well as how we think about it as a mindset. Is our anxiety something we need to fix, something we need to treat? Or is it an indicator for something more?
Perhaps it's time we shift our mindset to learning from our anxiety by connecting with it and ourselves, rather than following our conditioned patterns of resistance and avoidance. Taking time and space to listen!

I love this post @treeoflife Anxiety eats away at so many of us like an over-sized insidious termite. White-anting our successes and our creation. Gratitude for your perspective.
Real, debilitating anxiety is sooo common, I agree. I hope that as more people come in to themselves through connection and learn to work with the messages that their body minds are putting out, that anxiety will become something more to learn from than to escape from. It's actual healing stuff and these practices have helped me so much. Way beyond having less anxiety.
