Each trip consists of a different challenge that will help motivate you to lead a better life. It offers simple daily challenges, but that really motivate you.
You can create your own trip or use one of the pre-set settings, such as "A fabulous night" to help you sleep better, "Stay the course" to increase focus and concentration, or "Celebrate a healthy diet" so that healthy eating be the most important.
In addition, it has an encouraging language to keep users interested and motivated. And also, suggest small healthy actions to carry out daily and use subtle techniques to help you reach your goal and stay motivated.
