Wicky, I want to go ahead and go crazy with posting about your life and your research.
It is never wrong to make a list of things in your own words about what you are learning and then also list your sources.
It is also creating your own work when you talk about decisions you've made, actions you have taken because you read someone else's work, or saw their video.
If, for some reason, you are not confident about writing in your own words, this is really very normal. Lots of people struggle with this. That's why I always suggest to start the practice just by making a list.

Three things I learned, saw, felt, accomplished or discovred by reading, watching, or doing stuff. Then give credit to your inspiration, your sources.
Your sources are the websites or the posts by other Steemians whom you've been reading. The people and places who gave you the ideas.
But also remember this: Things in your life that seem boring and mundane are fascinating to people who live 1000's of miles /kilometers from you.
The color of the earth, the buildings around you, the little plants, and birds, and your everyday objects are very different. But also play with the angles of your photography. Present the everyday a new way.
When you do this, come and share a link to your post with me. This week, it is here Follower Appreciation Week: My Followers are a MYSTERY to ME. Let's fix that.
I plan to make a new post every Wednesday, where my followers can come and point out one post that they wrote. So, look for it and post a link in the comments.
Also this video will help you understand voting and why your power goes down so quickly. If you find a post while you're waiting for your vote power to refill, leave a comment for the author to express your approval, admiration, or appreciation. This is really a nice thing to do all the time. Sometimes you will also recieve a bit of SP for commenting.
Have fun!
yeah i have seen this video before, thanks for your help
