... I think is the best moment to pause and meditate about our health, our body and our mind. I’ve noticed that if I’m not committed to my routine (gym 6 times a week and eating clean) I feel completely out of balance. It’s been hard to go back after months of struggling with hormonal disorders, anxiety and even the flu! Oh! And it’s winter so even harder lol buuut I’m omw back to balance! Not giving up :)

I feel the same, since my newborn I totally forgot what is to have a full night sleep 😂 so that makes it difficult. But still keep it up, we all have ups and downs!
