If burning calories is gonna be as easy as this then all of us will be in good shape like you. Not as hard compared to energy-draining push-ups.

Burning calories is always easy, all you have to do is move. But don’t let looks deceive you this was by no means easy. Why don’t you try this for 4 minutes and see for yourself 😜. Pushups are a totally different exercise...

Not only arms, whole core is being trained with this challenge! And you were doing great eve!! 👊👌☺️
