Hit the gym 5 times a week for 12 years. It is now impossible to stop, as I'll feel bad immediately:p. It was a bit rough at first when starting our Blockchain business and also working in the space sector, but learning to make more efficient workouts and time-box in order to set aside the same hours for it every week made it a lot easier!
