... most intense full-upper-body workouts ever today! Thus taking my tally to 6 days of hitting the gym in a row!💪 Expecting some soar mid/rear-delts tomorrow, so I’ll have to see if I can finish the week off with a leg day tomorrow and thus make it 7 days in a row.🦵
Today’s workout consisted of:
3x10 weighted pull-ups (10kg extra weight)
3x10 dumbell bench press (34kg each dumbbell)
3x10 dumbell bent over rows (30kg each dumbbell)
3x10 seated dumbbell shoulder press (28kg each dumbbell)
3x10 side lateral raises (10kg dumbbell with shoulder isolation)
3x10 barbell biceps curles (37.5kg)
3x10 triceps extensions / skullcrushers (37.5kg)
3x10 rear-delt pulls (14kg dumbbells)
A tonne of exercises! But with most of them fitting together in super-sets, one can get it done fairly quickly with short breaks. The resulting pump is massive though.
Also starting to feel better in one of my US roadtrip souvenirs from the famous Gold's Gym at Venice Beach in Los Angeles that I picked up last fall😎. It's one of those things you only feel that you can wear once you start to see some real gains, or it'll just look silly😛. Still one of those who finds it weird to wear singlets to commercial gyms. Or is that just me overthinking things?
Great achievement, you can make it 7 days in a row 💪 but don’t forget to take some rest as well for your muscles! Have a nice weekend!
Thanks! You too.☺️ But I can't take a break if I want to have the most posts by the end of the challenge🙈.
Awesome and congratulations bro... Now you deserve a beer 🍺. Keep targeting higher and higher
I went with a proteim shake instead :p
congratulations on an extraordinary achievement. I have followed your practice pattern regularly, but I have not been able to reach step by step. I am amazed by all your developments at each stage. congratulations @fredrika best of luck on weekends
