Frozen White Chocolate Caramel Frappe - FOOD PHOTO SNAP

So Monday's here again and I need coffee! If you're on the same page I've got a delicious way to get your morning buzz today.

This is a great recipe for hot weather months but it’s still every bit as delicious during the colder ones. Come on, you deserve something delicious to drink!

--Frozen White Chocolate Caramel Frappe--
Make your morning cup of Jo a little extra somethin' somethin' today and try this decadent treat of a drink!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
Servings 1 serving

--Ingredients--
2 tablespoons dairy free caramel sauce plus more for topping (optional)
1 ounce dairy free white chocolate
3/4 cup almond milk
2 shots espresso or 1/4 cup strongly brewed coffee
handful of ice
sweetened dairy free whipped cream for topping (optional)

--Instructions--
Pour 1/4 cup of the milk into a glass measuring cup and warm in the microwave for about 30 seconds until warm. Add the white chocolate and stir until completely melted (if it's not warm enough heat it a little longer.)
Spoon the caramel sauce into a tall glass cup and pour in the remaining 1/2 cup milk into the glass, then the ice, espresso, and the white chocolate/milk mix. Stir until blended and top with whipped cream, and an extra drizzle of caramel if desired

First time I tried Frappe in Greece. I was impressed! Simple ingredients and some ice... it is all you need in hot Greek climate. I am sure your caramel Frappe tastes delicious:)))
