✨If you're totally on top of things, well more power to you my friend. Seriously, that's awesome. If not though, well, neither are like 99.999% of people who set resolutions for the year. Hey, but it's not too late though! Besides, time is only a concept and it shouldn't be keeping you from reaching where you want to go.
✨Here's what I want you to do. Set aside a chunk of time, sit down with a pen and paper📝, then spend hours and carefully plan out exactly what you'll do over the next 5 years. Think about exactly where you want to be and what you want to happen to you. Now here's the important thing, you ready?............Take that paper and DESTROY it.✂️🗳️🗑️🔥💣🧯 Chuck it in the trash and move on with your life. 😂
✨I can certainly say from experience that life has a way of changing on a whim and moving you in completely different directions than you ever thought you'd go. I'm not saying goals aren't a good thing, but sometimes the best thing to do is just to plan not to plan.
✨All we have is today, this moment. Don't live in the past or in the future. Instead of focusing on what you think you should have already done last year or what you want to be doing a year from now, focus on what you can be doing right now to get you where you want to go. Baby steps, darling. 👣🌱
✨So set those goals, and you can definitely write them down somewhere to remind you on a daily basis. But then go live your life today and stop waiting for things to just happen later.
