howdy there simpymike! haha! Oh I'm sorry I guess I forgot that you were not from around here,lol. No, the state flower of Kansas is the Sunflower at it grows like weeds everywhere out there, in all the road ditches etc, Kansas is famous for them..my bad..call it steemit brain fog!

howdy back simplymike! yes Ma'am it IS a wonderful sight, many people don't like Kansas because it is just flat farm fields but I love it.
