Apple's objection has been supported by the European Union, and thus Shaoomi will not be able to use the Mi Pad brand in its European Union hardware chain.
Apple is winning a case against Shaoomi in the second use of the name Mi Pad in Europe and similar to the word My Pad or #iPad
