Apple Park, the new structure of Cupertino is not loved by employees

in #apple7 years ago

Apple is one of the world's largest computer companies. This company, together with Microsoft, was the founder of information technology as we know it today thanks to Macs, at the time a real innovation. Today, we know it more for other devices such as iPhone, iPad, imac and macBook Pro , which enjoy excellent reputation and excellent feedback from customers.

A company of this size, of course, boasts billionaires and, of course, can not afford a 'sober' headquarters. Time ago the headquarters of # Apple was the so-called 'One Infinity Loop' but, recently, it seems that Cupertino has changed its address by moving to the structure known as 'Apple Park '.

It is a structure entirely made of glass and would have cost the beauty of 5 billion dollars. However, it seems that employees are not very happy with this choice made by business executives.

At Apple Park two serious cases of cutting injuries emerged

As mentioned previously, Apple Park is a structure made entirely of glass and also includes doors and walls made of the same material. According to some reliable sources cited by Market Watch , the employees would have complained of
Apple's choice to create such a structure: they, in fact, constantly slam against the walls, which are not very visible.

The fact, although it may arouse some laughter, must be taken seriously. Recently, in fact, there would have been two rather serious cases : two men would have provoked #lesioni just slamming against these transparent barriers, involving the intervention of the local health service.

No hospital prognosis was required for the injured, whose situation should be improving.

Appel would risk a court summons

According to what emerged, it seems that Apple risks not to comply with certain rules regarding the safety of employees within a company. A law of the state of California protects the latter from the damages caused by materials such as glass, judged therefore dangerous.

For the time being, no complaint has emerged to the detriment of Cupertino. However, if this hypothesis becomes real, Apple would be forced to pay high fines and, consequently, would do well to think of a definitive solution to solve the problem. No declaration has emerged, for the moment, from the parts of society, which would face an unfortunate situation.
