I got a 2015 MacBook pro. 2 years ago I started to get keyboard issues. But there where no problem getting it fixed at a MacStore. Aparently it was a defunct cable between the keyboard andthe motherboard.
The goodnthing was that they could fix it quick.
The bad thing was that I had to pay for it.

I think Apple support is one of the best but not acknowledging a known issue is not cool. Sometimes I wonder whether it would have been different if Steve Jobs was still around.
