Security : 10/10
Amenities : 9/10
Parking : 9/10 ( Big Condo's has two dedicated parking plus guests parking, parking seems bit complex for newcomers)
Reachability to Day to Day amenities : 8/10 (LRT is bit far, no Kindergarten Inside)
Traffic : 9/10 you ll nearly get any as it is connected with main Road
Quietness : 7/10
Schooling : 8/10 For Small Kids, There are good KinderGarten n PreSchools with 1.4 Km .. near Oasis Condo's..
Recommend for expats who wants to have an exclusive experience of living

I had visited this community few times. It's in world class maintenance. Has an amazing swimming pool, baseball, football, badminton courts. Also the community provides the common area for parties and get together.
