Yes it is nice and wonderful to return to the gym after the break, with my suffering with the injuries that kept me away from exercise
Increased from 3 months
Today I am very happy not to go back to gym but, I practice sports and I am relieved and cured from injury at shoulder level,.
Despite the suffering and the negative charges, but I never let myself in. I always feel better than before.
It is nice to get rid of stress and the effort to work with sport and the sense of psychological comfort and the use of an integrated diet, this sport comes my friend.
Do not despair There are those who always dream that sport is a part of his life, but by factors that are not his will not give up this dream

اليوم انا سعيد جدا ليس الرجوع الى الجيم لكن ، ممارستي الرياضة وأنا مرتاح و الشفاء من الإصابة على مستوى الكتف ،.
رغم المعاناة و الشحنات السلبية ، لكن لم اسمح لليأس بالدخول الى داخلي دائما ينتابتي شعور بالرجوع احسن من دي قبل .
من الجميل التخلص من التوثر و جهد العمل بالرياضة و الشعور بالراحة النفسية و استخدام نضام غدائي متكامل هذا يأتي بالرياضة يا صديقي .
لا تيأس فهناك من يحلم دائما بأن تكون الرياضة جزء من
حياتة ، لكن بفعل عوامل ليست بإرادته تخلى عن هذا الحلم.
