Throne Festival : عيد العرش

He ruled Morocco for 19 years, not a short period and during which the Kingdom knew critical stations, most notably the Arab Spring, which showed the wisdom and rigor of his Excellency in dealing with the situation and the crisis at that time, took the throne and his age does not exceed 35 years his goal from the beginning was development and exit from the stage of difficulties Morocco experienced.

His Majesty has closed many files since the years of bullets. This bold move has had a very important impact in the history of the country. Moreover, the Family Code, which was implemented in 2004, revolutionized the personal status code and discriminated against women.

The Royal Organization has played an important role in bringing things back to normal on many occasions, especially in the conflicts that have been going on between the currents of society and parties. Morocco has also experienced a qualitative leap in the constitutional monarchy since 2011. His Majesty delivered a speech marking the 19th anniversary in the occasion of his throne festival in Al Hoceima in northern Morocco.

His Majesty focused on the political parties and placed them under the microscope of accountability and continuous response to the demands of citizens and the need to work to attract young people and mobilize them to engage in political work and any economic or social reform requires teamwork and planning and coordination between different institutions.

مر على حكمه للمغرب 19 سنة ،فترة ليست بالقصيرة وعرفت خلالها المملكة محطات حاسمة أبرزها الربيع العربي الذي أبان على حنكة و صرامة فخامته في التعامل مع الوضع و الأزمة أنداك،تولى العرش و سنه لا يتجاوز 35 سنة هدفه منذ البداية كان التنمية و الخروج من المرحلة الصعبة التي عرفها المغرب.

أغلق جلالته العديد من الملفات منذ سنوات الرصاص و كان لهذه الخطوة الجريئة أثر بالغ الأهمية في تاريخ البلاد زد على ذلك مدونة الأسرة التي تم تطبيقها سنة 2004 والتي أحدثت ثورة في مدونة الأحوال الشخصية وأنصفت المرأة.

لعبت المؤسسة الملكية دورا مهما في إرجاع الأمور إلى نصابها في العديد من المناسبات خصوصا في الخلافات الحادة التي كانت تنشب بين تيارات المجتمع و الأحزاب ،كما عرف المغرب طفرة نوعية و لبس رداء الملكية الدستورية منذ سنة 2011، والبارحة ألقى جلالته خطابا بمناسبة الذكرى 19 لتوليه عرش المملكة من مدينة الحسيمة شمال المغرب.

ركز جلالته في الخطاب على الأحزاب السياسية ووضعها تحت مجهر المساءلة و التجاوب المستمر مع مطالب المواطنين وضرورة العمل على إستقطاب الشباب و تعبئتهم للإنخراط في العمل السياسي وأن أي إصلاح إقتصادي أو إجتماعي يقتضي العمل الجماعي و التخطيط و التنسيق بين مختلف المؤسسات .
