I think both walls and roofs are concrete panels, precasted and joint on site. The architect didn’t state the details though.

Thanks @kimzwarch. Then need to be painted even the roof sides after few years to keep it nice.

Need some serious blast cleaning. I suppose should be fine without paint 😂
