This road artery connects the cities Lechería, Barcelona and Puerto La Cruz. Opened on Saturday September 18, 2010, the Distributor Fabricio Ojeda, erected in tribute to one of the main heroes and martyrs of the Venezuelan revolution, it was a point of concentration in the past protests against the Venezuelan government in the past years.
