Beneath this inscription, Father Time is holding an hour glass in his hands. Around the four corners of the clock face are cherubs heads blowing and representing the four winds. Above the clock is an opening where St George can be seen on his white horse, chasing and killing the dragon.
The building is built in Tudor revival style and the raw wood used for it was taken from two ships of the Royal Navy.
