Taken at SM Seaside Skypark located at 3rd floor or rooftop of the mall. You can see the 150 meter tall viewing tower (equavalent to 50 storey) located at the center of the circular mall. This is a long exposure shot. The color is from the light below which will change in different colors every five seconds.
