They are all the same since 35-degree slope (as opposed to 90 degrees) the maximum that you can obtain without "modern" structural support. All houses are also "the same" basic construct. The similarity is a function of the tech and materials.
This is not meant to prove or disprove any other theory of knowledge, but as a brake check as to why they are similar.
