Haha how to be my own client? 😂😂 in house work will also has its own risk too. Small projects is good but it will be just bread and butter. Still I’m looking into building a business that can be sustainable :)

its a tough sector you here less and less billionaire architects...
best thing is to take contracts from big construction firms ... again tough to do unless we go back to the 70s and 80s ...
if you speak more than 1 language then look for the companies that work abroad and need an interpreter...it is about your luck now, really...but give it a shot

I don’t like delay though, it is just dilute my profit margin 😂 I just want to complete and carry on with the next one. Unless it is my own product or masterpiece which I will then sell with its patent (along the same line). Whereas services like architecture consultancy is hard to duplicate just like this as a lot of time it requires customization based on client’s need.
