I'm tired of programs that depend on 3 layers of management. If this PASSE program does how I believe it will, a national company like the one who are doing the TIER assessments, OPTUM. If you follow the rabbit hole on this company you will find it owned my an even bigger company and can service healthcare for countries.
They call it efficiency factorand they may end up managing all of Arkansas' Healthcare. If you think about it, Arkansas has already hired OPTUM to asses the liability and develop projections. The next step is to hire them and all our needs will be handled by a multi-million dollar corporation.
This may be one reason a vigorous implementation of PASSE could be in our best interest.
It seems ludicrous that I, parent of a special needs child, should be taking our Doctor paperwork about a state program called PASSE.
When I see it written, passe, interpret it accordingly.
Websters says 1. past ones time. 2. outmoded.
What ever the marketing directer is getting paid it is too much.
