ArmA 3 Life - Starting up a Gang.

Well I will be honest. I haven't had the easiest time on ArmA 3 Life, I have been in many gangs that fell due to some members breaking rules, I have been in the cops however that did not turn out the way I would have liked it to, due to other officers not taking it seriously.

I recently started my own gang up and was more than relieved to find that when a gang is run properly with time and dedication it is much easier to manage the players and people in a group. This is my second time creating a somewhat successful gang and it has been both enjoyable and challenging to set up: gang roster's, recruitment threads and communication services. Now I have completed these starting steps I find that ArmA 3 Life is extremely enjoyable when you know who is in your gang, their quality of roleplay and other factors that can play into other players on the server. Personally, I did not think this would be a success as the server I play on has met me with many RDMers and rule breakers, despite this I and a friend of mine have pushed through these types of people and have begun a gang that I can finally say has been a success.

As a gang creator and leader, I find the challenges faced when recruiting people very enjoyable, I think that it gives me something to work towards when allowing people into the gang; it brings me a step closer to the end goal.
