Asean Recipe Grill Chicken Lemon Grass

Hi World..
Recipe that mouth watering.. Give a shot.. Your love one definately enjoy it..

1 whole chicken - cut into 4 pcs

Marinate ingredients:

  • 7 cloves garlic - finely chopped
  • 3 thin lemon leaves, then finely pounded
  • 1 tbsp full of black pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cajun
  • 4 tbsp of corn oil
  • 1/2 seed lime extract
  • Salt

Methods:

  • Mix well with marinate ingredients .. then spread flat on chicken.

  • leave atleast 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

  • after sufficient seasoning, roast chicken at 200c approx 1 hour till is well cook.
    -peri peri sauce recommend for dip
