Hello my dear Steemians and art fans,
Art is a driving power of human nations, even in stone ages the people carved their surrounding, daily activity like hunting and their families in stone. Luckily we can see them nowadays too. The art developed throughout the years and became more complex, artists captured the big events, catastrophes and just everything they had on their soul.
Many of modern people even if they are not artist but love to create, we see daily wonderful works shared on many different social media. In Steem, the works are not visible so long the person have low Steem Power. Of course they may be seen by curation trails but upvotes happen really seldom.
Till very recently we have had @slothicorn project that had 50,000 Steem Power and was upvoting daily 17 people, 4 of them with 100% the rest with 50%. The golden time for artists. Since a month the project stopped !
It is noticeable that the amount of Artworks reduced dramatically. Many people leaving Steem too. Of course whales will stay because their posts still bring them upvote and comments. But the simple people with low upvote power, after spending hours for creating original content and getting at the end less then 1$ will leave, because there is another life outside that also demands them.
Our Project: Traditional Art manual curation and there is already the blog created for that, my husband decorated with my artworks and the account is ready for action.
- Donation done from @myskye 80 Steem Power delegated and 74 Steem donated for lease of SP
- From @Stef1 Delegated 200 Steem power
- pencil drawing, watercolor, acrylic-oil painting , pastel and let the people create, to show their artworks.
- Always with a step-by-step process
Blog design: @myskye, original artworks that @Stef1 created are used for decoration. I love how it looks like!!!
Curation will be done by myself @stef1 and my husband @myskye
How it curates: the traditional art works should be submitted under tag: “art-venture”, every second day curation of 10 posts with 100%. A day after curation for re-charging the power.
With the help of @Fundition we hope to collect some steem and then to lease Steem power in order to curate the young artists and encourage them not to leave and continue to create art !
Our Goal: 2,000 Steem, with this we wanted to lease 40,000-50,000 SP as only then it will give about 3-4 USD upvote for the posts.
The blog is existing only two days, but as a test the blog upvoted yesterday 10 posts and we hope we will receive the support of artists too.
Very creative writing you are a talented artist
Thank you for the comment and I am glad you read my post and I appreciate your opinion :)
Good post and good artists I like this kind of initiatives, I wouldn't call this charity because they deserve all our support by their own efforts and their artworks but this is not a critic only my honest opinion.
I love your effort for recognizing these young artists and fellow steemians.
Thank you for the comment. You are right but with charity I meant for those who would donate something they will not get back Steem back as when they donate to bots. I hope that idea will work but you never know :)
Aah sorry I misunderstood completely. That would be fine, there are people who delegates because they go to a travels, for frienship... why not :).
