The challenge was trying to see the most I could do under an hour from sketching random ideas that first pop up to whatever abomination I end up with.
Here's the link to my instagram reels showcasing the process video. Just wanted to keep doing the trend where I use reels just to influence the algorithm for that lick of visibility there.
Head Fiction:
A spider lady encountered by Red Hood during her journey to slay the Evil Queen. A mother commanding countless spiders in the darkest depths of the dark forest, this lady was deemed an existential threat to the Evil Queen's domain.
I need more creative reasons to anchor my art practice so coming up with a story that I may or may not pursue in the future helps. It's nice to see some progress like getting rid of the perfectionism impulse and just proceeding to sketch.
I've been doing some sketches here and there just to try and improve my anatomy. It's been an awful and rewarding experience so far. On one hand you got a sketch book that's being used as intended and on another hand it's just full of stuff you wish was worth sharing over social media.

Your approach reminds me of splurging.
Splurging is one of my favorite ways to create/record music.
Basically, start it and finish within a small time frame.
Consider it done at the end of the time frame. Love it, hate it, redo it later, but most importantly, live with it, move on and create massive amounts of it.
