After our time in Hühnerhaus, we headed out to see some spots around the city like Checkpoint Charlie, the Fernsehturm tower and a few others. In the meantime, we also paid a visit to a Decathlon store nearby as some of my friends needed warmer supplies to prevent frostbite.. I think :P
The thing I loved most about Berlin were the street walls and building faces. Plenty of colorful, artistic walls with slogans and messages to captivate the eye. I missed checking out the Bauhaus-Archiv (as I have also read quite a lot about the influence of the Bauhaus school and am greatly inspired by it), Berlin Wall and the murals painted on it in particular. I will be sure to check them out the next time that I am there :)
Even though we had a really early flight to Warsaw the next morning, we played the night away in the hostel. I had never played snooker before this and it was incredibly fun to try it out. We met a few people form China who were brilliant with their skills in the game! They also taught us a few things and it was one of the best nights ever :)
