Today I made this Happy Birthday card using the Quilling technique. I used colored paper and some newspaper type paper that I kept from a flower bouquet. I also used brown drawing ink to outline the girl and to draw the strings tied to the balloons. And in the end I wrote Happy Birthday and glued them all on the background that I made using watercolors.
It's funny how time flies by; it's been three months since I joined Steemit and a lot of great things happened. So it's kinda like a Happy three months on Steemit!
