Good morning everyone, on this beautyful, sunny summer day!
I want to show you one of my favourite background subjects: The galaxy.
(Mayla, born in the stardust of the galaxy.)
I love painting backgrounds in pink, purple, magenta and a little bit of a very dark blue. These colors are magical, and looking very great all together!
Main colors I use for the galaxy:
- magenta
- rose madder
- delft blue
- ultramarine violet
- manganese violet
(Mérlian, the prince of the moonicorns.)
Painting the tiny stars takes ages, but it's fun and I love how the galaxy slowly comes to live.

Thank you very much! I think it is not difficult at all, but maybe it's because I'm used to watercolors, I don't know :D
