For those interested in the details;
Digital artwork is such an innovation......providing new tools to the artist. There are a variety of possibilities, any of which should be praticed just as one would in the physical realm of art. Since these tools are relatively new......we are all beginners.
Wouldn't it be so very interesting to see what our favourite artists from the past would have produced using these methods?
Regarding the idea for 'Night Skye'. A single white tulip in the skye coming over a mountain.....represented by clouds and then sculpted...as it were...to resemble a tulip with it's strong and graceful leaves. The purpose of bleujay's artwork is to express an idea uniquely with the viewer in mind.

Hi @bentleycapital and @bleujay that is beautiful transformation of day sky into mysterious night Sky. You combined that dark-red-black colors to create background and that made light green and yellow to lighten up.
As always love your sky Fleur collection.

You picked up on the skye colour which was added after all was completed...as the work was not yet reading.....and as you have said....it brought the light greens and yellow out. Thank you for putting it into words.
