ME AND MY SUMO
I have always been fascinadet of imposing appearances, and the Sumo was the perfect subject for me!
Sumos are not only interesting because they are so big, they have also an extremely lifestyle!
Normal they start early to eat food that makes them fat, what is not really healthy... and this is the cause that more and more Japanese chose to make an other carrier, also if it's a respected and good payed job. So we can see often Sumos now coming from other parts of the world.
I decided to draw him with charcoal on a big paper, with an aggressive expression, right to attack who is in front of him in the next moment!
The most difficult to draw where the hands and feet, you can see them in the next photo.

Sono sempre stata affascinata da tutto ciò che è imponente, e il Sumo era il soggetto perfetto per me!
I Sumo non sono soltanto interessanti perchè sono grossi, ma hanno anche uno stile di vita estremo!
Normalmente iniziano presto a nutrirsi in modo da ingrassare, cosa abbastanza insana...questa è la causa che sempre più giapponesi scelgono un altro tipo di carriera, malgrado sia un lavoro rispettato e ben pagato. Cosí ora possiamo vedere spesso dei Sumo arrivare da altre parti del mondo.
Ho deciso di disegnarlo a carboncino su un foglio grande, con un'espressione agressiva, pronto ad attaccare chi gli sta davanti nel prossimo momento!
La cosa più difficile e stata diegnare le mani e i piedi, che potete vedere nella prossima foto.

La lotta Sumo ha fondamenti molto antichi e ci vuole molto impegno per essere un atleta professionista in questo sport, essere grassi non significa per forza non essere forti e resistenti.
Certamente, oltretutto sono visti anche quasi come una divinità. Lo stesso non hanno una lunga vita solitamente, cosa dovuta al loro modo di nutrirsi

Hi Caroline. Liking it? I am loving it! When I was a small kid (I am a big boy now, while not as big as your subject) at home we had a satellite dish. Sumo wrestling was one of my favorite things to watch. Seeing a Sumo always brings me back to those simple and fun times. Beautiful! (Not just talking about the Sumo, you're cute too!)
