Guys, hello everyone! Portrait of a beautiful girl.
This is my old job, which I painted a long time ago. I like to draw portraits, only children, I draw a new series of "children of the world." maybe I will be able to collect a large collection, and I can arrange my personal exhibition.
I started a new picture, which I will share with you in the future. And I also paint a portrait that I started yesterday.
I painted a sexy young lady full of passion. This is the manifestation of femininity.Sometimes, in order to get beauty, enough paint and desire. The most important thing to pass to the canvas is the general mood of playfulness, flirting, as if a little innocent and accidental.I used watercolor to create a portrait.
I took a picture with a picture specially for Steemit!
The drawing process:
I drew the technique of grisaille
What is grisaille?
In fine art, the term grisaille most often refers to the technique of monochrome painting, by means of which the painting or drawing is performed exclusively in shades of gray.
Grisaille is a good way to cope with the tone
Grisaille helps novice artists understand and feel the relationship of tone and volume, without being distracted by the search for suitable colors. The technique of grisaille - most often performed in black and white or brownish white. This is a good way to deal with the tone in painting, when we work with a brush and paint, but without color, we translate the form into a spot, which, in fact, is a pictorial language. The practice of grisaille makes it possible to take a more meaningful approach to painting work, using in it everything that we know about working with tone and adding color to it.
Grisaille is a monochrome canvas in gray tones in the range:
- from dark to light
- from contagious to not transparent
- from flat to volume
- from warm to cold
All the same, I studied for 6 years in an art school. Now I can write pictures and earn my life for life. Even when in the decree. I most often paint at night, or at lunch, when my baby sleeps.
It took me about 3 hours to create this portrait. Drawing in watercolor is much farther than pencils. I love colors. Any colors.

Add some freckles to this beautiful lady :)
PS. Sometimes it seems to me that some characters just take me out specially.
You are an artist? (This is my favorite question😅)
Hello, are you not an Armenian by any chance? (Even such a question was asked 😮) Your drawings?
What do you do besides drawing? (And what's this little pancake? Why should I have a lot of hobbies? Embroider, draw, sing / dance? Some people do not live at all without all this ... 😂) How much does the carved panel cost? 😖 and a bunch of the same, all-creative questions that have nothing to do with me do not have 😑
Is it some kind of marathon I do not know about?
Or just want to talk?Or on you that, frequent changes of weather so operate? Or maybe a flash in the sun?
Do you love your work, the way I like it?
When a person does what he likes, he becomes happy, which means that he makes his loved ones happy.
After all, a favorite thing is self-realization, the opening of the soul and life itself.
It makes a person move on, get a new experience, and this widens his horizons. Our thinking becomes more multifaceted, and interest in life is intensified.
Favorite business inspires. There is no better occupation than that which brings pleasure.

Great drawing :) I resteemed this <3
:)
Mad skills! 😎
I've always loved drawing. And I also studied at an art school, where I got my skills :)
How nice. Your drawing here is excellent - I can see why you used to illustrate portraits professionally. I hadn't heard the expression grisaille before.
you are not an artist. So I'm not surprised that you did not hear this word
How harsh. @cabelindsay was just complimenting you.
Thanks for your defense here @f3nix. I appreciate you. Yeah, I don't know where @daio was coming from with that comment. It's got a bit of a sting to it, I feel. To me, it doesn't make sense to me to deem anyone “not an artist.” Hmm. Admittedly, my heart is racing, feeling defensive, as my brain wants to justify my worth as an artist...
Who can be called an artist and who cannot? Technique is not sufficient alone, as much as the power of creativity needs a proper technical knowledge to express itself. We could debate for sure my friend @cabelindsay, but one thing is sure to me: we don't have the right of judgeing others and being kind in our heart surely helps in being an artist.
Thank you. I completely agree with you. Hugs and high-fives, my friend!
Thumbs up to you! Keep steeming and wish you all the best. Followed ;-)
I love her attitude, with the chin up and the light in her eyes..your drawing has a soul :-)
I put my soul in every picture. I think that so do all the artists
I don't think so.. in history there were many artists that just started reproducing their initial idea just to make more and more money. Some american pop artists, Salvador Dalì made even pottery at an industrial level with his brand, Fontana..and so on..
Plus there are many sh*t artists that just use their technical skills in repetitive banal works..I would not idealise the cathegory. Mine was meant to be a true compliment, a simple thanks from you would have been appreciated but it's ok the same :-)
very beautiful! I still have a lot to learn :-D
I follow you!
Well, I was 6 years old in an art school to learn
Welcome.
Yes, I can see that you doing this for many years. To be good as you need a lot of skills! Keep it up!
