So I have found out (like many others) that art journaling can be so relaxing and helpful relieving your stress. Especially when trying to create something very planned and perfect because art journaling is exactly the opposite. You can play around with your materials, spill paint, spray inks and put down layer after layer - in case you don't like the previous one you can always cover with gesso or another layer of paint.
At the end, it's more about the creative process than the final product itself.
I am still learning and I don't produce masterpieces but I am happy with the colors and the fun time I have had working on a page - no stress!
I hope you enjoy my little posts and maybe you will try art journaling as well.
I really like it! Looking at it makes me feel the process. The end result is very expressive. And it looks like the paper went through a war of love through it. This can easily be a cover for a notepad :)
Hey, thanks! And what makes it even more fun is that it's actually on the pages of an altered actual book ( usually i prefer reading the books and not destroying them, but that wan was an old communist propaganda one :) ).
