Aww your passion for animals always comes through in your art, do you get many requests for commissions for other folk's pets?

Thank you, I do, but I rarely take them. It depends. If someone is close to me or if they send me photos I am really into I will do, but for the most part I prefer not to do commission pieces. However, part of this year's 'art goals' I am trying to increase my productivity even more, so if commissions became more a part of this, maybe I will say 'Yes' more.
Gotcha! I understand, you have to love what you do and do what works otherwise what's the point right?:)
exactly. We shall see though, the next time someone asks me I will probably say yes, just to add that to my productivity. As long as the person likes my style, then Yes :) 2018 the year of YES to good things :)
Good to know! ;) I showed my mom your store and as a painter herself, she LOVES your work, especially the horses and dogs (shes a dog trainer too!) You've got fans all over my family
Oh goodness, thank you so much. I love horses too, as I used to ride and hope to again one day. I just love animals. My other 'art goal' is getting all of my things onto my new website as well. I do fairly well on society6 and now discovered redbubble so will keep those. It's a good time to be an artist, we can really not worry about just the 'gallery world' any longer as our only means of sharing our work!
You're so right, and it's going to get even better for artists with blockchain technology, its the middle men who always tend to screw over the artists- their days are numbered ;)
i used to ride too and i miss it SO much, we all need to buy ranches and turn them into animal rescues when we're steemit millionaires ;)
I'm in. I can ride all day and then sketch and paint the horses when I'm done :)
I seems like there are a lot of galleries going online with their more steady artists. It's a good way to get to know artists that don't live anywhere close to you and who touch your heart.
