In my second entry, I am attempting the expert level drawing of the doctorThis is my second entry for @tonyr learn how to draw with friends art competition #ltdwf. https://steemit.com/contest/@tonyr/announcing-the-winners-of-the-learn-to-draw-with-friends-contest-plus-theme-for-week-four-55-sbd-in-prizes-to-be-won#@errymil/re-tonyr-announcing-the-winners-of-the-learn-to-draw-with-friends-contest-plus-theme-for-week-four-55-sbd-in-prizes-to-be-won-20170717t105518971z
.

Below are the processes involved in the execution of the artwork.

STEP 1
Unlike the traditional way of drawing the outline of the whole face first, I prefer to draw and shade simultaneously.

I start most of my drawing of the face from the two eyes. I then continue until every part of the face is done.

STEP 2
The next step is to now draw the rest of the image in outline before shading.

I then shaded the hand that appeared in foreshortening.

STEP 3
In shading the cloth of the doctor in the image, I decided to use a black pen. I also used a red to represent the white area of the suit.

STEP 4
Shading continues as I tried my best to make sure that light and dark are balanced perfectly.
I used blue and red pen in creating stars in the background

STEP 5
This involves general finishing of the drawing. Shading some parts more, showing highlight etc.
