We have some options:
- Settle for an FB group.
- Use a certain tag.
- Use a footer/banner.
- Buy an exclusive steemit account for the guild.
I'm thinking just add a button/banner/stamp to art posts saying you're a part of the guild. Then we can use a certain tag for weekly announcement, a post where we list the members, feature some posts, a weekly contest maybe, etc.
We don't really need a new account. The announcement can be posted by the moderator using a certain tag. Members won't use the tag, they can add a simple note or we can include the tag in the post buttons (Maybe add a link to get to it). Then we can open up a blog (can be from any site like wordpress or tumblr) consolidating all the weekly announcements (since posts aren't searchable in trending if they're past 7 days already) posted by all the moderators.
We can assign a single account/author to post the weekly announcements too. Then delegate the other things to moderators who will send them to the one who's posting the announcements for consolidation.
If you're good, @philippinetrail can do the announcements. Us 3 can be mods.
We can talk in discord or in an fb chat.
A tag like #ph i think might work well, and a weekly contest with that tag would get it more recognized, at the same time we can make announcements. As far as fb chats, un lang tamad ako makipag chat, dami ko makukulit dito sa bahay so when i have available time i just paint or check my home at steemit. Pero let me know how i can help and participate as iba rin kasi sched ko, i tried to be active sa philippine discord kaso nga pag umaga dito madaling araw dyan.
Maybe #ArtGuildPH will do. Or #ArtPH #ArtistsPH. Something that says we're Filipinos, Artists and a Guild. Can't make the tag Filipino since this is an international community.
There you go, and make filipino theme, so everyone can join and show love to our country, thats a great contest, a subject that can only be seen in the philippines

We're gonna split up responsibilities, @erangvee hasn't replied yet haha, want her to be a GM too. Her posts have great layout and I like her gif process images.
Our announcements will have 3 things: Features (GMs can feature 1 steemian each or we can look for 1 Steemian per week, or take turns per week. Featured Steemian gets all liquid and we will delegate the SP to them permanently - has to be agreed upon by all GMs), Contests, Announcements (member list, gm intros, links).
