Ok, see, I was wondering if the android had any human parts but that answers it I think.😄
Yes enforcer48 is right. You can see that she's completely artificial on the first and second pages of the comic. :)
Also, the reason she's worried about rules like that is because she's programmed to obey the law whenever possible
