:( I don't like those robots you helped support. This site is very high on robots.

Bots are a part of the ecosystem. Sometimes you have to use your enemies to your advantage. I only need new eyes for a few hours to hopefully pick up one or two new followers. After that we all grow together.

You could probably get new followers real quick if you spammed the brand new people.

what does spamming the brand new people mean? isn't that cruel spamming new people in steemit? why?

He could ask the new people to follow him.

Asking for follows is 100% worse than buying a vote. I'd rather earn my followers by catching their attention than spamming them.

I'd rather have human interaction on this site than robot interaction. In real life people ask for stuff so why not online?

No thanks, spam sucks

I'd rather you ask new people to follow you than to help kill this site with robots.

The robots help people get noticed, it's the assholes that send so much to them that everyone ends up getting negative returns that hurt the system. There is nothing wrong with bid bot's if they are not abused. They are not for every post you make and they are not a way to become a top steemian. They are for a little boost and when used correctly help everyone overall. Some have just gotten very greedy and think that it is a way to become a top steemit user as they move here from their follower buying YouTube accounts.

Yeah I think this site has a lot of potential for real interaction but I can see how a bid bot strategy can fail.

I'd rather you spam my comment section than use the robots.

That's great, I spent my first 3 months giving away every SBD I earned as a prize to a contest or sending to other new accounts to get them started. I don't want to spam people, what is the point in spamming your comment section?

:( Live and learn. I've probably wasted a few grand or two on failed ads. You could ask for and hopefully get new followers like you want.
