Greetings my dear Steemians, as is well known by most of us plastic bags have become a polluting factor of the planet, since they take centuries to degrade, our soils and seas have become receptors of large amounts of plastic Unfortunately, many animals feed on these wastes every day that cause their death, which is why each of us must contribute our bit to save our seas, fauna and flora.
Today I will show you the step by step of a cloth bag, which will allow me to give a small contribution to this problem that gets worse every day more, in addition I can give another small contribution to my country Venezuela, which due to the great economic crisis by the What we are going through, the popular markets, supermarkets and small food and other products sellers, do not provide their customers with the bags to take the purchased items to the houses. An ecological bag would be a nice initiative to solve these problems.
So get down to work, to get a nice bag like the one I'll show you next, unfold it and go.

Do you have a piece of fabric that you have left of another project ?.
It's time to look for it, you'll need it.
Materials and tools:
- Unicolor and patterned fabrics
- Thread
- Ruler, Scissors and pins
Step 1. If you find a few pieces of fabric from a previous project, you pair them with the square, white crayon marks (you can use tailor's chalk), and short ones.
Step 2. Now measure and cut two rectangles, with the printed fabric a rectangle of 44.5 cm wide by 16 cm long and with the unicolor fabric in this case the black one, cut a rectangle 44.5 cm wide by 56 cm long.
Step 3. For the handles of the bag, you should cut two strips 6 cm wide by 64 cm long, fold it in half by the length and make a double bend (bend one centimeter and fold another one centimeter) with the edges of the fabrics, for this you can help with the iron.
Step 4. In this step you sew the rectangles of printed fabric to the ends of the rectangle of black fabric.
Step 5. Then you sew along the sides of the bag and stick the handles. To take the measure out of the pocket, fold the bag, the plates so that it is well marked, take the measure of the rectangle that is just in the center, you will see it marked with the stitched line. Then cut the pocket in patterned fabric and lining.
Step 6. Before sewing the two fabrics from the pocket, make the closure so that the bag is like a wallet, cut a strip of 16 cm long by 4 cm wide and you stick a magic zipper or velcro, you sew by the reverse and you turn the right.
Step 7. You sew the closure that you just made to the pocket, then stick the pocket to the bag with pins, fold the bag again to make sure it closes properly, if it looks good, you remove the pins, you definitely tie it to the bag.
Step 8. Fold the bag following the steps you will see below, it will fit like a wallet, keep it in your purse or wallet and when you unzip it you will magically have your nice ecological bag.
This way you will bring food and other items to your home, saving you the bosas and most importantly, without polluting.
Thank you for following the step by step of this guide, I hope you find it useful, if you want to make a comment I will gladly answer you as soon as possible.
