I've actually heard about this one. I think it was a public radio interview or something. It's pretty bizarre. If you can make money at it, though, then it's most definitely more blessing than curse!
Therewas another similar one that was just as fascinating, where a guy hit his head really hard while jumping into a swimming pool. Afterwards, he had mad piano skills. He had never played in his life and can't read music, but he can sit down and start playing improvisations from a huge variety of genres. He can't play a specific piece of music, so it's all improvisation.
