Art Appreciation: Chan Lim Paintings and Students' Works (Photo Sets: 50+ Paintings) Ulog26

in #art7 years ago (edited)

Hello everyone! It has been two days since I last wrote and shared my experiences to you. I feel like a real adult now that I had been serious in my studies. Since I wanted to become responsible even on the tiniest details of my life, I have decided to sleep earlier than I used to. This is the reason why that when I would come home which is almost ten in the evening, I would just take time on drinking my favorite tea, take a bath, read a short text from the Bible, and hit the sack.

Anyway, too much of my personal life. I will share to you now the works that were displayed during the Chan Lim Exhibit at SM Downtown Premier. I had the photos taken few minutes before my birthday celebration at Panagatan Restaurant. These are more than one hundred artworks so please bear with your device if it would take a lot of time for your browser to load.

The works that you will see are inspired by Chinese Art based on the strokes, vibrancy of colors chosen, and the topic itself which is nature. We can say that the way living also affects the style and focus of artists in every era and regions around the globe.

There are some of Chan Lim's oil paintings. You could see the enthusiasm on this work. While looking at them, I felt happy and thought of childhood memories about our different travels on the southern part of the country.

Meanwhile, this set of flowers are made by various artists, Marissa Ong for one yellow and red flower, and Ms. Flordelia F. Aguenza for the yellow flower and pink flower. I just like the way these works were exhibited as most of these watercolor paintings were put on a scroll which allows to add more eastern style on the art pieces.

The artists on the following artworks are included on the photo. I hope you would enjoy viewing the following.

After viewing all the works, I felt so proud of the artists. I hope someday I would be like Chan Lim, although not established but be able to build kids and adult. I want to spread the love and appreciation of art.
