There's something about this drawing that makes it mystical and I can't stop looking at it! Also, the face that is right in the middle, has such a sorrowful expression in its eyes that makes me shiver.
Amazing work. your shading is another level.

Thank you for your input. There was something mystical about drawing it. I was in the beginning of another migraine, feeling fuzzy and seeing green and reddish purple patterns overlaid onto everything. I sat down to draw out some of these "supercharged phosphenes" trying to trace their projections onto paper as they moved about. Eventually it began to form into this. This way of drawing seems much more natural and meditative. I think it also creates a very powerful representation of how I was feeling at the time.
I've had my fair share of migraines too and when I'm in that state, I don't even want to open my eyes. So you mister, are my hero. You are taking inspiration from your auras and that's just amazing. Sadly, the pulsating pain sometimes is just stronger than me.
So, if you don't mind, I'm going to take your lead and next time I will try to create something about it :D
I'm sorry to hear that. It is a very disorientating state to draw in. Its not something I would normally suggest. I was feeling particularly stubborn that day. If you do this I would love to see how it turns out.
