Of door het Franse land struint, plompverloren
Op zoek naar L’Amour rondom de Eiffeltoren
Onderweg in een groots avontuur
Al wandelend over de Chinese muur
Om vervolgens cultureel te worden bevangen
Luisterend naar de Sydney Opera House gezangen
Adembenemend is het vrijheidsbeeld
Waarvan de boodschap luidt: ‘Wees niet verdeeld’
Sommigen wagen zich nog verder in ons paradijs
En bevinden zich in Antarctica op glad ijs
Nog steeds ongerept en onontgonnen
Maar het smelten is wel begonnen
Het maakt niet uit waar je gaat of staat
Tegenwoordig leg je elk moment vast op de gevoelige plaat
En dat delen we meteen en ook het meest
Zonder foto of nog beter “selfie” ben je er niet geweest
Naar welk continent je verlangen ook mag gaan
Of we nou leven onder de wolken of onder de maan
We moeten aan elkaar blijven denken
Elkander liefde, vrijheid en geluk schenken
Alleen dan zullen we blijven bestaan
