I see many politicians providing articles and stuff like that against something I think is the most awesome and amazing kind of arts I have ever seen which is Graffiti.
Look at this I have seen poor Kids creating masterpieces such as this one because they live in backthrown quarters and have nothing else but this wonderful art which is their passion and a way to express their feelings.
I usee to live in such a place well not in a pure quarty filled with poverty but it surely was kind of undeveloped and especially there this wonderful type of art made this place a better more colourful place. 
. I never made a Graffiti myself but its surely something im going to try in future !

i got a close contact, he live in Basel and he is really got in graffiti and i can maybe give you the contact. He study art and do breakdance, but he have a nice level of graffiti actualy, even he is young : timo paris , you can found some of his art on google even his eReputation is still a bit to build.
