I decided to be more organized artist today, so I go on posting my inktober/drawloween pictures. I have huge plans about my Instagram business account, I just need to get more organized and have a good reserve of pictures I can post.
Three weeks ago I created a reserve for next two weeks, and immediately needed it on the upcoming week when I damaged my foot and had to stay in bed 24/7 for several days. Not my bed rest caused problems with creating pictures - I always can draw in bed using my iPad, but the effect this bed rest caused on my mental health.
The truth is -when you have a mental disorder you have to follow your routines strictly. I don't mean even waking up at the same time, or eating at the same time every day, no. I mean routines that each of us form for ourselves. For me, for example, it's daily gym, walking with my dog, taking care of my house, cooking, drawing... Se where the problem is? To bring first two points to life I have to get out of bed. And having no possibility to do it affected me really badly.
But well, now I'm fine again, ready to draw, ready to show my art. This new one - magic broomstick:)
