My Game of Thrones series of original art - all seven fan art pieces in one post, and a little story:)

So all this week of my creativity was dedicated to the Game of Thrones.

In fact with this series I had no "love from the first view", like with many others (like Big Band Theory or Supernatural). I had to re-watch first two seasons for a couple of times until it became really interesting for me. Even now I still love the parts with White Walkers most, watching the rest just for fun, but I totally fell in love with some characters.

This is the kind f series with love and hate to the characters, I almost have no neutral attitude to any of them. And may be exactly the fact that my favorite ones get in troubles too often keeps me from loving the series fully:) But anyway, this week I created a whole series of the movie characters, it took damn a lot of effort, but I'm happy with the result.

I remember no other period in my life when I created that many portraits one by one. I thought I will stop with Cirzei, but a lot of you my dear friends asked for Imp. Yes, I do love him as a character, but it was a really tricky idea to capture his facial proportions right. I managed 50/50, and on my drawing he became way much pretty then IRl.

If I remember the order right, I started with Daeneris. To every character I added something from myself, so no nice hairdressing for her, and a bit bigger chicks then she has in fact.

I do love animals of all kinds, but the GoT wolfs are something special for me. And again - a reason enough not to love all parts of the series. I can watch people killed calmly. But when it comes to the animals - grrrrrh, stop that...

Three eyed raven appeared not that much on the screen,but since dragon is too complicated (although I still plan to draw) - I added him to animal collection.

Cersei is not my favorite character, but beautiful woman enough, so she also made a part of my list.

John Snow with no mustache and beard? Yes, please:)

King of the Night. The picture where I showed all the process, and the one I enjoyed most creating. Well, I love creepy creatures of all kinds.

And the last but not the least - Tyrion. He ends the series.

So, as you see it was a week busy enough:) Now I will take a few days of rest, and then probably will start working with the dragons. At the moment I'm not sure that they will be exactly GoT dragons, and not sure that they will be digital. I miss oil and other traditional mediums, so - who knows?:)
